Alex Reynolds

Managing Partner

I trained with a global accountancy practice, qualifying as a chartered accountant and managing audit and non-audit clients. I later became Finance Director for a construction business, gaining first-hand experience of the challenges companies face during difficult trading conditions.

Today, I lead my own firm and support a growing portfolio of SME clients. That experience helps me understand how a business works beyond its accounts, combining practical commercial insight with the accountancy support owners need to make informed decisions.

Martin Collins

Director

My career spans the PLC world and the SME sector, both as an adviser and an owner-manager. From boardroom negotiations to the everyday challenges of running a business, I have found that my passion lies in supporting smaller companies and their owners.

I help businesses build on the strengths of their teams, with clear structures and reliable support. Good organisation should give owners room to pursue their ambitions, and I enjoy helping clients recognise their achievements and plan their next steps.

Jo Hancock

Director of Operations

I began my career in hospitality after studying Hospitality Management, developing a passion for strategy, problem-solving and customer service. I then moved into project management, overseeing office moves, business relocations and the implementation of global finance and sales systems.

Having worked in both PLC and SME environments, I particularly enjoy supporting smaller businesses. As Director of Operations, I oversee the operational delivery of our strategy, help shape our goals and work with the team to provide a consistent, responsive service to clients.

Mike Ball

Corporate Strategy Partner

I am an accountant by training and have advised more than 1,500 businesses. Alongside that advisory work, I have owned and grown companies myself, gaining practical experience of the commercial risks and decisions that business owners face.

My work covers mergers and acquisitions, trading structures and national and international tax strategies. I enjoy working alongside entrepreneurs to understand their ambitions, explore their options and help them move forward, drawing on both my accountancy background and my experience of running businesses.
